Digital Goods and Software Licenses
Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable software licenses, applications, and developer SDKs), all sales are generally final. Once a software license key or download link has been issued, we typically do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Exceptions & Technical Issues
We may consider refund requests under specific circumstances, such as:
- A proven, unresolved technical defect or bug in the software that prevents core functionality, verified by our support team.
- Duplicate accidental purchases.
Refund Requests
To request a review of your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase date with your order number and a detailed description of the technical issue encountered. Approved refunds will be processed back through your payment merchant (Lemon Squeezy).
