Welcome to now2media. By purchasing, downloading, or using our broadcast software, developer SDKs, and digital applications (collectively, the “Products”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, now2media grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our downloadable software applications for your broadcast and media production operations in accordance with the purchased tier.
Intellectual Property
All software, SDKs, documentation, code, and graphics provided by now2media are the exclusive intellectual property of now2media and are protected by applicable copyright and international laws. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or resell our standalone software and SDK components without explicit authorization.
Limitation of Liability
Our software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall now2media be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our software in live broadcast environments.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
